Where To Get Rid Of Ammunition
Hey Guys,
How do I properly get rid of old and unwanted ammo? Free pc fishing games downloads. I have ammo for firearms I don't even have. Reason is, my grandfather gave me his ammo chest with a TON of stuff in it. I have boxes of ammo for firearms he used to own and such. I don't want to throw them away (dangerous), I also don't want to give them to the police because here in PRMA they will ask a TON of questions which I don't want to go through. I thought of buying a bullet puller and going through each round, which would take me a ton of time and wouldn't work for the shotgun rounds. Any suggestions? Please let me know!
Thanks guy!

How To Get Rid Of Old Ammo In Los Angeles
Not sure where you live.. but if you can find yourself some 'good ole boys', they'll take em off your hands for free!
Ever hear of RedNeck Roulette?
You get a bunch of people to sit around a campfire drinking suds (beer). Toss a live cartridge in the campfire and the first person to twitch (or run) has to buy the next case of beer. Yee-Haw!
As someone else mentioned, if you have access to a gun range, some will dispose of unwanted ammo for you. Some sheriffs/police depts will also dispose of ammo. It'd be nice if they had ammo buybacks to go along with the gun buybacks.
I believe it was the Box-o-truth that disproved the theory that a heavily oiled gun would contaminate live ammo and kill the primer. They intentionally puddled oil and other solvents on the primers of live ammo and let them soak. They even reapplied.. all ammo fired without issue. The fit of a primer to the case was tight enough to prevent any liquids from seeping in and comprimising the primer. Some manufacturers even 'seal' their primers and bullets to the case (mostly military contracted ammo).
If you know a reloader, maybe s/he can take them off your hands and make them inert for you.
